3 weeks to go

Summer vacation is so close I can feel myself beginning to get restless. This kids have been restless since we took TAKS in April. I usually hold out a little longer....but with only 3 more weeks to go...my restlessness has started. It makes it hard.

I would much rather be at my house doing stuff...whether it is wedding or house related I don't care too much. It is hard to get motivated to teach right now. But I really only have this week left...next week we are finishing up and beginning exam reviews. The last week is pretty much all exams.

Making me even more restless is the impending arrival of our summer guests. Carole, Britt, and Ava should be here late Friday night. It will be even harder to go to work when I know my best friend is staying at my house! I am beginning to regret all this research project stuff I started last week in an effort to give it one more last PUSH to the end...almost everyone else is watching movies or doing easy stuff...ah well...

Off to work I go...only 2 more Mondays after today!
